Policy for Protection of Personal Data

Art. 1. (1) The provider protects personal data of users that became known when filling in the electronic form for submitting a purchase order. Subject to applicable law and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Contractor may use users' personal data only for the purposes specified in the contract - the adoption and implementation of orders and connection to users in case of any problems with the order. The provider shall ensure that such data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above, unless there is express written consent of the user or if the information is required by the competent government authority within its powers.

(2) The provider shall take measures to protect the privacy of the user under the Law on protection of personal data.

(3) For security reasons, the personal data of users, the supplier will send data only to e-mail address that has been specified by users at the time of completion of the contract.

(4) The provider has the right to store data in the terminal communication device of the user, unless the user explicitly expressed their opposition to it. The disagreement of the user can be expressed at any time.

(5) The user or customer agrees that the provider is entitled to send at any time electronic messages to the user, including newsletter or proposals for purchase of goods unless the user explicitly expressed their opposition to it.

(6) The user agrees that the provider is entitled to collect, store and process data about the behavior of the user in the use of e-shop of the provider.
