These conditions are binding for all customers, they are considered to be informed and express consent to the terms and conditions prior to the purchase of goods from the online store. By accepting these Terms customers give their explicit consent to the conclusion of a distance contract within the meaning of the Law on consumer protection.

III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Rights and obligations of the Customer:
1. The customer is entitled:

- To order goods from E-SHOP http://degrets.ro/ at the terms and conditions set out in these Terms.
- To receive the ordered goods / products to a specified address for delivery after prior confirmation by phone / email by a representative of DEGRETS Ltd;
- To get an itemized invoice / receipt of its purchases, which contain information of all purchased goods - size, color, number; unit value of each product; total amount due; identification of company-supplier, including address, telephone and other means of contact;
- To receive information on the status of their order;
3. The customer is obliged to:
- To provide true and accurate information about his name, surname, address for delivery, telephone and email address;
- to pay the price of the ordered goods referred to in the information at the time of generating and confirmation of the order ;
- To allow the goods to be delivered to the shipping address;
- To pay the transport costs where they are at his expense.
Rights and obligations of DEGRETS Ltd:
1. DEGRETS Ltd. has the right:
- receive within all amounts due for the purchase of goods and their delivery;
- At any time and without notice to make changes in published materials,services and prices;
- To receive from the Customer the following information: name (for individuals - name and family name, of legal persons and sole traders - company name), address, phone and e-mail address;
2. DEGRETS Ltd. ensures supply of brand new products.
3. DEGRETS Ltd. is obliged:
- to transfer of Client ownership of the ordered goods;
- To deliver the Customer ordered products in time and supply conditions posted on this website and these Terms.
- Is not responsible for possible differences in the colors of purchased goods due to the specifics of the PC;
- Is not responsible for Unsuccessful installation of wallpaper and murals,in consequence of non-compliance of the instructions accompanying the product.
IV. CONTRACT FOR SALES
1. The client signs a contract for the sale of products offered byhttp://degrets.ro/, through the interface available on website athttp://degrets.ro/. These terms and conditions are an integral part of any contract for sale.
2. Under contracts with clients Contractor shall deliver and transfer ownership to the Client of the ordered goods through the interface.
3. The Customer shall pay the supplier the cost of goods supplied under the conditions specified on page http://degrets.ro/ and these Terms.
4. The supplier delivers goods requested by customers in the terms and conditions set by the Provider on page http://degrets.ro/ and these Terms.
5. The procedure for concluding the contract is standard and passes through the following stages:
5.1. Viewing the patterns. The customer selects the product that he would like to order.
5.2. By pressing the "Add to Cart" selected by the customer product will appear in the user's cart. The customer can add unlimited products, and to remove the ones that he refused.
5.3. When selecting the 'Log to cart "The customer sees the selected products until shopping with a photo, name and number of the product, requested quantity, unit price and total price. 5.5. Checkout. The models in the consumer cart are not yet ordered. V. PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. All prices of goods in online store are in RON. Announced prices for the goods are final, valid for the day of the contract and are including VAT.
2. The price of the offered goods is placed next to the image of the product.
3. Payment for your order is carried out by one of the following ways:
3.1. By bank transfer: If you pay by bank transfer you should go to the nearest bank or through internet banking and order payment to the following account of DEGRETS Ltd:

The payment order must state the number and date of order. Delivery will be made not later than 3 working days from the first working day following the date of receipt of the payment on account of DEGRETS LTD.
3.2. Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery of the goods): When you choose to pay the price at delivery (COD)the client pays the amount due to the courier making the delivery.
Changing prices announced on the site:
4. In case of change of prices announced on the site change is reflected in a clear way for the client, as in the commodity indicating old price crossed out and a new one indicated in red.
5. The change in the price of goods does not affect the contracts already concluded.

VI. DELIVERY
1. Goods ordered from the electronic catalog are delivered by courier to the address specified in the application. Delivery is done by courier up to the customer real address. Delivery is made within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation, but the Customer has the right to choose which day to receive delivery. 5. If at the receiving of goods, the package is broken or torn due to improper transportation or goods are missing, you can file a claim and the insurance claim will be upheld only in the presence of the courier. In this case, immediately contact us or refuse to accept the goods. When the courier had already departed, your claim and insurance will not be accepted. The claim shall be certified by a note in the bill of lading to the courier. A report,that describes the findings status of the consignment and its packaging, is issued. If you accept the shipment on your own responsibility and not pursue claims before the courier, the claim is deemed invalid.
VII. TERMINATION
1. This contract shall better minated in the following cases:
- With its implementation;
- By mutual consent of the parties expressed in writing;
- In objective inability of any of the parties to fulfill their obligations under it;
- In other cases provided bylaw
VIII. REFUSALS, CLAIMS AND RECOVERY
Denial of delivered goods
1. Аs a consumer within the meaning of Law on consumer protection every customer has the right, without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. Within this period, the Customer is obliged to keep goods received from the supplier, their quality and safety.
2. If a consumer within the meaning of Law on consumer protection,abandon the goods delivered within the specified time-limit should notify DEGRETS Ltd. and return the item with its original tags, with no indication that the product was Used, damaged or treated in any way and in compliance with all other conditions of Article 55 of the Law on consumer protection. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Client.
3. Not refundable are those goods:
- Wallpaper and murals made upon individual orders by catalog that are noting regular assortment
- Quickly soluble adhesives for wallpaper, these products require special storage mode, with adequate humidity, which can not be proven provided by users. - Wallpaper, with removed original packaging and label. Product without its plastic bag very quickly pollute, the edges undercut and you can not prove the meters / it may be cutted / and the label - an integral part of it carries many important information.
- Wallpaper murals with torn excise label on the box of caps, these products are of a very delicate nature, once opened, to be seen, the like lihoodof creasing and wastage is high.

4. After receiving the returned goods and its review the provider will refund the price paid by customer / without the cost of return shipping / no later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract. Each customer can take advantage of the right to replace product with another product of choice.
5. If the Customer wishes the amount for the products that he has paid to be refunded, the same will be refunded in the following ways:
- for orders paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded by transfer to a specified bank account.
Claims
1. The customer is entitled to claim under any discrepancy of the goods with the contract.
- Wallpaper with obvious manufacturing defects, such as stains from oil, wrinkled areas, poorly colored and decorated unfilled areas. Оnly up to one roll flared is accepted and only not stick wallpaper rolls. 2. In bringing a claim of goods client can claim a refund, replacement of the goods to another compatible with the Treaty, rebates or free correction / repair.
3. The customer is entitled to claim if the defects are not a result of his misconduct, and if there is no damage to the product caused by improper use.
4. In presenting the claim the customer must apply the documents on which the claim is based: receipt or invoice; records, deeds or other documents establishing the non-compliance of the goods or services with the contract; other documents establishing the claim on the grounds and size.
5. Client being quality user under the Law on Consumer Protection may bring a claim within the deadlines specified in the Law on consumer protection. For customers who are no quality user are applicable deadlines set out in the Law on Obligations and Contracts.
6. The transport costs of returning the goods in case of a claim are borne by DEGRETS LTD.
IX. PRIVACY
1. The supplier shall take measures to protect customers' personal data under the Law on protection of personal data.
2. For security reasons of the personal data of the Customer, Supplier will send data only to e-mail addresst hat has been specified by the Client at the time of order.
X. RETURN POLICY
It's okay if you change your mind.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can always return the products.
If the products present damages or they are used the company will not receive them.
Every return that does not respect the Terms & Conditions of the company will be refused.
The only way to return a product is to contact the courier company (DPD, Cargus, FAN courier). DEGRETS does not assure a courier for returning orders.
Returning a product means simply return the item within 14 days.
The customers have the right to return the products without justifying anything.
The customers will have to pay the return taxes.

XI. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

2. Customer's obligation is to acquaint the actual conditions of use and current Terms and Conditions because they are binding on it.

XII. RESPONSIBILITY
1. The provider is not liable in case of force majeure, fortuitous events,and problems in the Internet, technical or other objective reasons, including orders of the competent state authorities.
